2) DESIGN & CONCEPT
Concept is Key: The overall concept is key to any successful room renovation or re-design. For design clients we generally start with a 'meet and greet' in you home where you can show Shannon your spaces and get a chance to meet her with no strings attached!
The Process: If you decide to work together, we will schedule and initial consultation and send you an informational questionnaire so we can get a better understanding of your style and desires for your space.
The rest of the process is tailored around you and your needs depending on the level of involvement that makes sense going forward. Shannon's design fee is $125 for the initial consultation (meet & greet is complementary) and $95/additional hours when working on your project design elements. Any construction related items, such as painting, are bid as would be customary in the home renovation space.

1) COLOR IS KEY! (PAINTING)
COLOR CONSULTION: Complementary color assistance with every painting job! You can also schedule color consultations independent of painting projects for $149.
PAINTING: We typically start with an in-person estimate to determine the cost of your project. If you decide to work with use we also provide complimentary color consultation for a value added experience. Next, we get you scheduled and complete your project in an efficient and timely manner. We are certain to clean up and make sure you are satisfied with everything before we complete your project!

2) ADD SOME CHARACTER (WALLPAPER & ACCENTS)
WALLPAPER: Select from thousands of patterns to find your perfect look and work with us for professional installation to transform your space.
ACCENTS: Draw attention to your space through accents like Board and Batten or Wall Textures. Reach out to us for options you will love!

3) REMODELING (CONSTRUCTION)
RENOVATIONS: We can work with you on many renovation projects from large to small. Once we have agreed on the project and pricing, we start to bring it all together for you! Materials are ordered and delivered or brought on site. Anyone else who will be working on the project is scheduled and the timeline is created.
PROJECT START: When the project starts we will set up our materials where discussed and get to work! We usually us a parking spot in the garage or a space in your home that is near the work side.
PROJECT PHASES: Most projects happen in phases but often the order changes depending on the scope of work. Demolition (when needed), Prepping, Painting, Trimwork, Tilework, etc, depending on your job scope, will all be completed in the order that makes the most sense and keeps your project moving as smoothly as possible.
The time frame for this phase varies, based on your project. We try to be 'in your way' as lttle as possible and clean up the job site every day before heading out.
